Public speaking is a frequent part of our work life and but for most people the thought of leading meetings or making formal presentations is enough to send them shivers down their spine.   1. Start with a good hook.

    Use a sentence or anecdote with the strongest hook. It could be a story or compelling information. Write few options.

  2. Note down the key points of your presentation.

    Write down your keypoints in full sentences if you think keywords may confuse you.

  3. Ensure you key points are rightly sequenced.

    The note you make should look like a blue print of your presentation, it should be flowing from beginning to end.

The language should be your utmost priority.

Your choice of words and tone will determine the credibility of your speech. So don’t be overly scientific; nor talk like a haggard.
